约后周显德六年（959年）攻克归义县南境后，辽将县侨治新城。⑴治所在今河北省新城县驻地高碑店镇东南新城镇。⑵北宋宣和四年（1122年）金将郭药师以州降，属宋。⑶宣和七年（1125年）十二月复属金，⑷县当废。⑸

按：归义县侨治新城的时间不详，推测当在后周攻克归义县南境之后。
