CHGIS
五代唐天成四年（929年）置。⑴治所在今河北省新城县驻地高碑店镇东南新城镇。属涿州。天福元年（936年）属辽。宋时，与辽分界于此。⑵宣和四年（1122年）金将郭药师以州降，属宋。⑶宣和七年（1125年）十二月复属金，⑷仍属涿州。蒙古太宗二年（1230年）改为新泰州。⑸
