CHGIS
梁天监元年（502年），以怀安县更名，属郁林郡（1）。治所在今广西贵港市南思怀乡（2）。隋开皇十年（590年），属尹州，大业二年（606年）废入郁林县（3）。

注：
（1）《隋书》卷31地理下：“郁林郡，梁置定州，后改为南定州。平陈改为尹州，大业初改为郁州。统县十二：郁林，旧置郁林郡。平陈郡废。大业初又置，又废武平、龙山、怀泽、布山四县入；郁平；…。”（中华书局，1973年，3册，883页）。
《嘉庆一统志》卷470·浔州府·古迹·怀泽废县：“在贵县南。梁陈时置。隋省入郁林县。唐武德四年复置，属南尹州，贞观初属贵州宋开宝五年省。《元和志》，县北至贵州一百里。按：《明统志》作刘宋置。考宋齐志，有怀安而无怀泽。《隋志》无怀安，而郁林以怀泽并入。疑怀泽或即怀安也。”（《四部丛刊续编》，商务印书馆，1934年，176册）。据此，姑作梁天监元年以怀安县改名，属郁林郡。
