唐武德四年（621年），析义熙县置，属融州（1）。治所在今广西罗城县北旧县村（2）。贞观十三年（639年）废入临牂县（3）。

注：
（1）《唐书》卷43上·地理7上·融州融水郡：“武德四年析始安郡之义熙置。县二：融水，本义熙，武德四年析置临牂、黄水、安修三县，六年更名，贞观十三年省安修入临牂；武阳，天宝初并黄水、临牂二县置。”（中华书局，1975年，5册，1108页）。
（2）《嘉庆一统志》卷463·柳州府·古迹·安修废县：“在罗城县西北。”（《四部丛刊续编》，商务印书馆，1934年，173册）。故址不详。今图罗城县北有地名旧县村，姑定于此。
