CHGIS 泰州（937-1911年）治所（王文楚编写）

南唐升元元年（937年）于海陵县置泰州（1）。治今江苏泰州市（2）。二宋属淮南东路（3）。元至元十三年（1276年）属江淮等处行中书省，十四年属扬州路（4）。明洪武元年（1368年）省海陵县入州，属扬州府（5）。清因之（6）。民国元年（1912年）改为泰县（7）。
