CHGIS 盐渎县（281-411年）治所（王文楚编写）

西晋太康二年（281年）复置（1）。治今江苏盐城市（2）。属广陵郡（3）东晋义熙八年（412年）改为盐城县（4）。

注：
（1）（4）《宋书》卷35《州郡志一》：山阳郡，“晋安帝义熙中土断分广陵立。”领盐城县，旧曰盐渎县，“三国时废，晋武帝太康二年复立，晋安帝更名。”（北京，中华书局，1974年，4册，1055——1056页）所云盐渎县于晋安帝改名盐城县，当与置山阳郡同时，清《嘉庆一统志》卷94《淮安府·古迹》：盐渎县“晋义熙中，改名盐城。”（《四部丛刊续编》，商务印书馆，1934年，31册，1页）是也。义熙中，姑定于义熙八年（412年）。
（2）南京博物院《江苏射阳湖周围考古调查》：“麻瓦坟遗址，位于盐城县东北角，面积南北约1·5，东西近1公里。遗址有周代和汉代二种文化的堆积。经这次考察，采集的遗物主要是汉代的。根据初步推测，这可能就是汉代的盐渎所在地。”（《考古》1964年第1期，北京，考古杂志社，27页）即在今盐城县。
