CHGIS 颜城县（627-906年）治所（张修桂编写）

唐贞观元年（627年），以颜罗改名，属崖州（1）。治所在今海南省琼山县东二十里（2）。天祐四年（907年）废（3）。

（1），《旧唐书》卷41?岭南道?崖州：“隋珠崖郡。武德四年平萧铣置崖州，领舍城、平昌、澄迈、颜罗、临机五县。贞观元年置都督府，督崖、儋、振三州。其年，改颜罗为颜城，平昌为文昌。（北京，中华书局，1975年，5册，1761页）。
（2），《嘉庆一统志》卷452?琼州府?古迹：颜城废县：“在琼山县东二十里。《旧唐书?地理志》，武德四年崖州领颜卢县，贞观元年改曰颜城。《新唐志》，开元后省如舍城。府志，有颜村，在今县东二十里。有卢龙洞，即颜卢故址。”（《四部丛刊续编》，商务印书馆，1934年，170册）。
