怀安县（1379-1579年）治所
明洪武十二年（1379年）县治自石岊移入福州府郭内，属福州府1。治所即今福建省福州市2。万历八年（1580年）并入侯官县3。

1，《明史》卷45·地理六·福建·福州府·侯官：“西北有怀安县，洪武十二年移入郭内，与闽、侯官同治。万历八年九月省。”（北京，中华书局，1974年，4册，1122页）。《读史方舆纪要》卷96·福建二·福州府：“怀安废县，在府治西北。本闽县地。宋太平兴国六年，析九乡置怀安县。初治芋原江北三十里。咸平二年，移治石岊，广故驿为县治，东南去州城二十五里。元至元二十二年，迁于县西，寻复故。明朝洪武十二年，移入郭内。万历八年，并入侯官。”（北京，中华书局，1955年，5册，3980页）。
2，清《嘉庆重修一统志》卷425·福州府一·建置沿革：“侯官县，附郭。…贞元五年移入福州郭。元和三年省，五年复置。与闽（县）俱为附郭县。五代及宋因之。元为福州路治。明为福州府治。本朝因之。”（《四部丛刊续编》，商务印书馆，1934年，154册，2-3页）。清怀安、闽、侯官县治即今福建福州市。
