CHGIS 药州（634-643年）治所和界线

唐贞观八年（634年），以南建州改名（1）。领安遂、、永宁、安南、永业等县。州治安遂县，治所即今广东省郁南县东南连滩镇。辖境相当今广东省郁南县东部地区和罗定县西北部地区（2）。贞观十八年（644年）州废，安遂县入康州，永宁、安南属泷州（3）。

（1），《元和郡县图志》卷34?岭南道?康州：“晋末于此置晋康郡。隋开皇十二年省晋康郡，以所领县属端州。大业三年罢州为信安郡。隋末陷贼，武德四年讨平萧铣，五年置康州。”管县四：端溪、悦城、都城、晋康。“晋康县，东至州七十一里。本汉端溪县地，宋于此置安遂县。贞观八年于县置药州，十八年州废，以县属康州。至德元年，改为晋康县。建水在县东五十步。”（北京，中华书局，1983年，下册，899页）。
《唐书》卷43?地理7?泷州开阳郡：本永熙郡，天宝元年更名。镇南县：“本安南，武德四年置南建州，以永熙郡之安遂、永熙、永业三县隶之。五年析泷水置安南县。贞观八年更南建州曰药州。十八年州废，省安遂、永业，以永宁、安南来属。至德二载更名。”（北京，中华书局，1975年，4册，1097页）。
