朱崖军（1073-1116年）治所和界线

宋熙宁六年（1073年），改崖州为朱崖军，废宁远县为临川镇、吉阳县为藤桥镇，属广南西路（1）。军治临川镇，即今海南省三亚市西崖城镇。辖境相当今海南省三亚市，保亭县毛感、三道地区，通什市毛道地区，以及乐东县（白沙河流域除外）（2）。政和七年（1117年）更名吉阳军，复置宁远县为军治（3）。

（1），《舆地纪胜》卷125?广南西路?吉阳军：熙宁六年改崖州为朱崖军，又废吉阳、宁远二县为临川、藤桥二镇。政和七年改朱崖军为吉阳军，合故二县地复置宁远一县。（北京，中华书局，1992年，4册，3619页）。
