宋熙宁十年（1077年），以两浙东、西路合置1。治杭州，领杭州、苏州、湖州、润州、常州、睦州、秀州、越州、明州、台州、温州、婺州、处州、衢州等十四州2。绍兴元年（1131年），复分置两浙东、西路3。
