    贞观三年（629年）与庄州同置，属庄州①。在今贵州省罗甸县②。唐末废③。

①《新唐书》卷43下《地理七?下》记载黔州都督府说：“庄州，本南寿州，贞观三年以南谢蛮首领谢强地置，四年更名，十一年为都督府，景龙二年罢都督。故隋牂柯郡地。南百里有桂岭关。县七：石牛，南阳，轻水，多乐，乐安，石城，新安。贞观中又领清兰县，后省。”（中华书局1975年校点本，第四册，1143页）。乐安县当与庄州同置。
