隋仁寿四年（604年），蒙山县改置雅州①，故邛州辖县七：临邛县、蒱江县、临溪县、依政县、蒙山县、名山县、卢山县。大业二年（606年），临邛县属雅州②。大业三年（607年）州废。
①《元和郡县志》卷32雅州条：“后魏废帝二年置?山郡于此。隋开皇十三年置蒙山县并镇，仁寿四年罢镇，改置雅州，因州境雅安山为名。大业三年以雅州为临邛郡。武徳元年复为雅州”。
②《元和郡县志》卷32临邛郡条：“魏废帝二年定蜀，复于旧城置临邛县，仍置临邛郡。隋开皇三年罢郡，以县属邛州。大业二年属雅州。武徳复属邛州”。",
