	金贞祐二年（1214年），马邑县升为固州，属西京路①。治所仍在今朔州市朔州市城区泊村西南约1.5千米。蒙古窝阔台汗六年（1234年），复名马邑县②。

朔州，中，顺义军节度使。县二：鄯阳、马邑。

马邑县，“汉马邑县地。隋善阳县地。……晋天福初入于辽。金贞祐二年升为固州，元复为马邑县，仍属朔州。”
按：固州复名马邑县无确年，天兴三年（1233年）蒙古灭金，故确定蒙古窝阔台汗六年（1234年）为马邑县复名时间。",
