“（西魏大统三年）齐神武已败，珍与祥邀之，多所克获。及李弼军至河東，珍与小白等率猗氏、南解、北解、安邑、温泉、虞乡等六县户十余万归附”
按，最早置虞乡县的具体时间无考，据上条《周书》材料则西魏大统三年即537年以前东魏已经设置。今暂定在东魏天平二年（535年）。
②王仲荦《北周地理志》卷九?河北上?河东郡 
虞乡县，“查西魏有虞乡县，盖废入南解县，周废南解入绥化”。
按，虞乡县废省时间无考，周废南解入绥化时间在北周武成二年（560年），则暂定虞乡县废省时间为北周武成元年（559年）。
③王仲荦《北周地理志》 卷九?河北上?河东郡 
虞乡县，“唐武德元年于蒲州河东县东七十里别置虞乡，疑即置于西魏虞乡县旧城”。
