宋元佑元年（1086年），复置，属辽州①。治所仍在今和顺县义兴镇北关村西北约二公里。金天会六年（1128年），属南辽州。天德三年（1151年），属辽州②。元因之③。至正十四年（1354年），迁治于今和顺县城④。
