注：
①《后汉书》卷二十三《志》第二十三?郡国五代郡，“秦置”。十一城：高柳、桑乾、道人、当城、马城、班氏、狋氏、北平邑、东安阳、平舒、代。北平邑，“永元八年复”。（中华书局P3526，1962年。）
②《大清一统志》卷一百九?大同府?古迹平邑故城，“在阳高县西南，本赵邑。《史记?赵世家》：献侯十三年城平邑。汉置平邑县，属代郡。后汉初废，永平八年复置，曰北平邑，晋省。《十三州志》：平邑城在高柳南八十里，北俗谓之丑寅城。”按：北平邑县废省时间不确，据《大清一统志》云：晋省。且不见于晋志，故确定西晋晋泰始元年（265年）废。",
