北宋政和三年（1113）升赵城县为庆祚军①。治所在今洪洞县北赵城镇。金复改赵城县②③④⑤⑥。

金灭辽为公元1125年，北宋亡于1126年，故将庆祚军下限定于公元1126年。

①《宋史?地理志》：赵城：“熙宁五年省为镇隶洪洞。元丰三年复为县。”又庆祚军：“政和三年，以赵城造父始封之地升为军，以军事领之。”
