按：因无具体时间，暂作开皇元年置，次年废，待详考。
又：是“黎郡”还是“昌黎郡”？亦待考。
⑵黎郡治所，史无明文记载，因《隋志》记在易县条下，现暂标注在此后所置的易县驻地，即今河北易县驻地易州镇。",
