蒙古宪宗时改属省。⑴中统三年（1262年）九月改为顺德府。⑵

⑴《元史》卷58《地理一》：“宪宗分洺水民户之半于武道镇，置司总管。”（中华书局，第5册，第1358页。）又：“广平路，下。唐洺州，又为广平郡。元太宗八年，置邢洺路总管府，以邢、磁、威隶之。宪宗二年，为洺磁路，止领磁、威二州。”（1359页）
按：据此，邢州在蒙古太宗时属邢洺路总管府，宪宗二年（1252年）脱离邢洺路总管府，邢州自设总管府。
