蒙元至元年间复置。⑴治乐寿县（今河北献县驻地乐寿镇）。⑵元属河间路。⑶洪武元年（1368年）乐寿县并入，⑷属河间府。洪武八年四月丙申（1375年5月7日）降为县。⑸

⑴至元二年废州入乐寿县后，《元史》无献州复置年份。因清州与献州同时废，暂参考清州的复置年份，作至元三年（1266年）复置。
