唐天祐二年（903年）改名以成安县改名。⑴治所即今河北成安县驻地。属相州。天祐三年（904年）八月改属魏州。约五代唐同光元年（923年）复名成安县。⑶

⑵《旧唐书》卷20下《哀帝纪》：天祐三年八月“乙未，魏博奏割贝州永济、广宗，相州临河、内黄、洹水、斥丘等六县隶魏州，从之。”（第3册，第808页）
⑶《续唐书》卷一六：“东京兴唐府，本魏州，置天宁军节度，同光元年升为东京兴唐府，三年改为邺都。领县十七：贵乡（旧县）、兴唐（旧元城县，同光元年改曰兴唐）、魏（旧县）、馆陶（旧县）、冠氏（旧县）、莘（旧县）、朝城（旧武阳县，开元七年改为朝城，天祐三年又改武阳，同光元年复为朝城）、南乐（旧昌乐县，同光元年避讳改曰南乐）、临河（旧隶相州，天祐三年割属魏州）、洹水（旧隶相州，天祐三年割属魏州）、成安（旧隶相州，天祐三年改曰斥丘，三年割属魏州，同光元年复为成安）、内黄（旧隶相州，天祐三年割属魏州）、宗城（旧隶贝州，天祐三年改曰广宗，割属魏州。同光元年复为宗城）、永济（旧隶贝州，天祐三年割属魏州）、夏津（旧隶贝州，天祐三年割属魏州）、经城（旧隶贝州，天祐三年割属魏州）、清平（旧隶博州，天祐三年割属魏州）。”
