蒙古宪宗二年（1252年）析邢洺路置。⑴治永年县（今河北永年县驻地东南广府镇）。辖原洺州地及磁、威二州。元至元十五年（1278年）八月改为广平路。

⑴《元史》卷58《地理一》：“广平路，下。唐洺州，又为广平郡。元太宗八年，置邢洺路总管府，以邢、磁、威隶之。宪宗二年，为洺磁路，止领磁、威二州。至元十五年，升广平路总管府。”（第5册，1359页）",
