唐大历七年（772）析顿丘、昌乐二县置，因县界有孝子张清丰门阙，故名。⑴治所在今河南内黄县驻地东南近清丰县处。⑵属澶州。北宋庆历四年（1044年），徙治德清军（今河南省清丰县驻地）。⑶

按：因澶州已定点，故唐朝清丰县当在澶州北稍西处，如果是正西的话则与相州内黄县治所太近。则该点当在今内黄县东南，而不在清丰县西境。

嘉庆《清一统志》卷35《大名府一》：“（唐）大历七年复置澶州，又析置清丰县属之。五代晋天福三年，州徙德胜寨，县随州徙，废旧州为顿丘镇。四年，改镇置德清军。宋庆历四年，徙清丰县治德清军，属开德府。金属开州，元仍旧。明初改属大名府。”（第12册，第3页）",
