蒙古初改隶真定路。⑴太宗十三年（1241年）属顺天路。⑵治所在今河北完县驻地蒲阳镇。⑶元至元二年（1265年）改为永平县。⑷

⑴《元史》卷58《地理一》：“元初置总管府，领中山府，赵、邢、氵名、磁、滑、相、浚、卫、祁、威、完十一州。”（中华书局，第5册，第1356页）
按：元升真定府为真定路的时间，似无明确的记载。据《元史》卷58《地理一》磁州下云：“元太祖十年，升为滏源军节度，隶真定路。”（第5册，1359页）又《元史》卷1《太祖纪》：太祖十五年秋，“木华黎徇地至真定，武仙出降。”（第1册，第21页），是真定府在太祖十五年秋才入蒙古，《地理志》的记载似有问题。现暂以太祖十五年为改真定府为路的年份，待详考。
⑵《元史》卷58《地理一》：中山府“旧领祁、完二州。太宗十一年，割二州隶顺天府。”（中华书局，第5册，第1357页）
按：据中华书局校，顺天军是在元太宗十三年升顺天路（P1385），因此，这四个县改隶时间也作太宗十三年。
