三国魏太和六年（232年）封。⑴都卢奴县（今河北定州市）。⑵领卢奴、汉昌、安熹、蒲阴、望都、唐、北平、广昌、毋极、安国、蠡吾等县。⑶西晋时领卢奴、魏昌、新市、安喜、蒲阴、望都、唐、北平等县。⑷

⑴按：《三国志?魏志》卷3：太和六年，“其改封诸侯王，皆以郡为国”。青龙三年，“十月己酉，中山王衮薨”。当是太和六年封国。
