东汉献帝年间，国除为县。⑴治所在今河北博野县博陵镇西北里村。⑵三国魏属中山国。⑶西晋时属高阳国。⑷

⑴《太平寰宇记》卷64河北道德州：“順帝永建五年，貶翼為蠡吾侯。桓帝建和二年，封其弟顧為平原王。至獻帝時，國除。”
按：因无具体年份，暂作献帝建安元年（196年）国除为县。
