汉初置。⑴治所在今河北博野县博陵镇西北里村。⑵初属河间国，后属涿郡。⑶东汉顺帝永建五年（130）封为侯国。⑷

⑴《汉书》卷76《赵广传》：“趙廣漢，字子都。涿郡蠡吾人也。故屬河間（師古曰：言蠡吾舊屬河間，後屬涿郡）。”
据此，当是汉初置。暂作惠帝元年（前194年）置，待考。
