⑵嘉庆《清一统志》卷51：“封斯廢縣，在州界。漢元朔二年，封趙敬肅王子胡傷為侯國，屬常山郡。後漢省。《元和志》：平棘縣有封斯村。舊《志》：有河屯營城，在州西北二十里，疑是。”（第10页A）
