    唐贞观十七年（643年）移治鹿桥，显庆元年（656年）属洛州，开元元年（713年）属河南府（1）。宋同（2），约金天会五年（1127年）寄治河南府（3）。治今河南洛宁（4）。

（1）《旧唐书》卷38《地理志一》：河南府，开元元年改洛州为河南府。永宁，隋熊耳县所治。隋义宁二年置永宁县，治永固城，属宜阳郡。武德元年，改属熊州。三年移治同轨城，改属函州。八年复属熊州，贞观元年改属谷州。十四年移于今所。十七年移治鹿桥。显庆元年，谷州废，改隶洛州。（北京，中华书局，1975年，5册，1424页）
