 约北周大象二年（580年）复改宜迁为河南（1），隋开皇三年（583年）洛州治，大业元年（605年）豫州治，三年（607年）河南郡治（2）。唐洛州治，永昌元年（689年）改名合宫（3）。治今河南洛阳市隋唐故城（4）。
