约元大德五年（1301页）自今河南延津东南东、西史固一带徙今址筑城（1），属汴梁路（2），明洪武元年（1368年）属开封府（3），清雍正二年（1724年）改属卫辉府（4）至1911年不变（5）。

   注：
（1）《大明清类天文分野之书》卷21：开封府延津县，元甲午岁仍为延州，至元七年徙县治于史过店。（复旦大学藏本）清同治《开封府志》卷9《城池》：延津县城，元大德间徙县治始建。按：今延津县城关镇东南约4公里有东、西史固，史固当即史过，则《明清类天文分野书》记载必有根据，似至元七年迁治史过店，大德年间在附近即今城关镇筑城，但未记具体年份，大德（1297-1306年）共十年，今作五年。
  （2）《元史》卷58《地理志》：河南江北行省汴梁路，至元九年，废延州，以所领延津、阳武二县属南京路，二十五年，改南京为汴梁路。原武，旧以此县隶延州，元初隶开封府，后复为延州，县如旧。至元九年，州废，复来属。（北京，中华书局，1976年，5册，1401-2页）
