 约西晋泰始二年（266年）复置，属梁国（1），十六国后赵、前燕、前秦同（2），约东晋太元十九年（394年）省（3）。治今河南虞城西南谷熟镇（4）。

注：
（1）《三国志》未见谷熟县。《太平寰宇记》卷12《河南道十二》：宋州谷熟县，魏文帝废。（清光绪八年，金陵书局刊本）《晋书》卷14《地理志上》梁国领谷熟县。（北京，中华书局，1974年，2册，421页）不知何时复置，西晋泰始元年十二月代魏改元，今姑作二年复置此县。
（2）洪亮吉《十六国疆域志》卷2、3、4。《二十五史补编》，3册，4104、4125、4139页。
（3）《魏书?地形志》无此县。《宋书》卷36《州郡志二》：南豫州南梁太守，晋孝武太元中，侨立于淮南。有谷熟令。（北京，中华书局，1974年，4册，1074-5页）按：前秦太元十九年为西秦所灭，姑作此年后侨置。
（4）《太平寰宇记》卷12《河南道十二》：宋州理宋城县；谷熟县，东南四十里。《清嘉庆一统志》卷194《归德府二?古迹》：谷熟故城，在商丘县东南。（商务印书馆，1934年，《四部丛刊续编》71册）《河南省地名词典》：虞城县，谷熟镇，在城关镇西南16公里，东汉谷熟县。（北京，商务印书馆，1993年，376页）按：1951年以商丘县部分地设立谷熟办事处（县级），1952年撤销谷熟办事处，设立谷熟县，1954年撤消谷熟县，原县分别析入商丘、虞城两县。",
