南齐建元元年（479年），建宁郡移治同乐县，领味、同濑、牧麻、新兴、新定、味、同并、万安、昆泽、漏江、谈稾、毋单、存等十三县（1）。梁太清三年（549年）废（2）。


    （1）《南齐书》卷15《州郡下》宁州首郡为建平郡，郡所领首县为同乐县，其余还有同濑、牧麻、新兴、新定、味、同并、万安、昆泽、漏江、谈稾、毋单、存等十二县。下又有建宁郡，领新安、永丰、绥云、遂安、麻雅、临江六县。（北京，中华书局，1972年，第一册，第303、304页）。按，《南齐书·州郡志》建平郡下所列十三县，《宋书·州郡志》皆属建宁郡，其中味、昆泽、存、新定、谈稾、毋单、同濑、漏江、牧麻等九县《晋书·地理志》属建宁郡。又，《南齐书·州郡志》建宁郡下所列六县《宋书·州郡志》属建都郡，惟“麻雅”作“麻应”，并谓建都郡及所领六县皆“晋成帝立”。（北京，中华书局，1974年，第四册，第1186页）。显然，《南齐书·州郡志》“建平郡”当为“建宁郡”之误，同乐等十三县属建宁郡。同乐为首县，其当为郡治。建宁郡原治味县，移治同乐县的时间，史无记载，姑定于南齐建立之年，即南齐建元元年（479年）。
   （2）《梁书》无地理志，洪齮孙撰《补梁书疆域志》，然宁州所领付诸缺如。《梁书》卷    《徐文盛传》载：梁大同（535——545年）末年，徐文盛“持节都督宁州刺史”，太清二年（548年）其离职赴荆州。（版本）。则此时梁仍统辖宁州，所领建宁郡当仍存。此后即无南朝政权统辖宁州的记载，原所领郡县当废弛。",
