开皇五年（581），上洛郡废，拒阳改名洛南，治拒阳川。（1）

注：
（1）、《太平寰宇记》：“洛阳县在商州东北九十里。晋泰始三年，分上洛地于今县东北八十里置拒阳县，属上洛郡。寻省。后魏真君二年，又于今县东四十里武谷川再置。隋开皇五年改为洛南，取洛水之南为名。大业十一年移于今理，俗谓之清池川。”
《隋书》卷30志25地理中：“上洛郡，统县五，……洛南旧曰拒阳，置拒阳郡。开皇初郡废，县改名焉。”《中华书局，1973年，第840页》。",
