唐武德元年（618），复改上洛郡为商州。（1）

注：
（1）、《旧唐书》卷39志19地理二商州：商州 隋上洛郡。武德元年，改为商州。其年，于上津县置上州。贞观十年，州废，上津来属。天宝元年，改为上洛郡。乾元元年，复为商州。旧领县五，户四千九百一，口二万一千五十。天宝，县六，户八千九百二十六，口五万二千八十。至京师二百八十一里，至东都八百八十六里。 上洛 汉县，属弘农郡。言在洛水之上，故为县名。隋于县置上洛郡。  丰阳 汉商县地。晋分商县置丰阳，以川为名。旧治吉川城，麟德元年，移理丰阳川。  洛南 汉上洛县地。晋分置拒阳县，隋改拒阳为洛南。旧治拒阳川，显庆三年，移治清州。  商洛 汉商县，属弘农郡。隋文加“洛”字。  上津 汉长利县地，属汉中郡。梁置南洛州，后魏改为上州，隋废州为上津县。义宁二年，置上津郡。武德元年，改为上州，领上津、丰利、黄土、长利四县。贞观初，省长利县。十年，废上州，以黄土属金州，丰利属均州，上津属商州。  安业 万岁通天元年，分丰阳置。景龙三年，改属雍州。景云元年，还属商州。乾元元年正月，改为乾元县，割属京兆府。（中华书局，1975年，第1538-1539页）。",
