洪武十一年（1378），复置，属金州。嘉靖三十八年（1559）十一月，改属汉中府。万历十一年（1583），还属兴安州。（1）乾隆四十七年（1782），汉阴县省入安康，设盐捕通判。（2）

注：
（1）、《明史》卷42志18地理三：兴安州“汉阴，州西，少北。元末省。洪武三年复置。十年六月省入石泉县，后复置，属州。嘉靖三十八年十一月改属汉中府。万历十一年还属州。南有汉水。东北有直水，又有恒河，俱流入汉水。又西有方山关。”（中华书局，1974年，第4册，第1010页）。
按：洪武十年废除汉阴县之后复置时间无考，暂定为次年复置。
