注：
（1）、《隋书》卷29志24地理上：西城郡“安康旧曰宁都，齐置安康郡，后魏置东梁州，后萧詧改直州。开皇初郡废，大业初州废，县改曰安康。”（中华书局，1973年，第818页）。
按：大业三年大规模该州为郡（“大业三年，改州为郡”《隋书》卷29志24地理上，中华书局，1973年，第808页），故推测直州也在该年被废。
