注：
（1）、《读史方舆纪要》卷56陕西五：“上廉城，在县治东。晋太康初置，刘宋析置吉阳县，齐复分置上廉县，仍属上庸郡。梁因之，西魏并入吉安。”（中华书局，2005年，第2710页）。
《晋书》卷15志5地理下：“上庸郡，魏置。统县六，户一万一千四百四十八。上庸、侯相，安富，北巫，武陵，上廉，微阳。”（中华书局，1974年，第456页）。
   按：上廉设县的具体时间不详，根据记载暂定为太康元年。
