《新唐书》卷40志30：“凤州，河池郡，……县三。有府一，曰归昌。梁泉，中下。武德元年析置黄花县，宝历元年省。有银，有铁。两当，中下。有银。河池。中下。”（中华书局，1975年，
按：两唐书对黄花县设立时间记载有分歧，根据武德元年河池郡改设凤州，暂定当年黄花县设立。
