宝历元年（825），省黄花县，凤州领县三：梁泉、两当、河池。（1）宋因之。（2）

《新唐书》卷40志30：“凤州，河池郡，……县三。有府一，曰归昌。梁泉，中下。武德元年析置黄花县，宝历元年省。有银，有铁。两当，中下。有银。河池。中下。”（中华书局，1975年，
按：两唐书对黄花县设立时间记载有分歧，根据武德元年河池郡改设凤州，暂定当年黄花县设立。
《太平寰宇记》：“廢黄花縣，在州北六十里，本漢故道縣地，今縣即梁泉縣之梁道鄉。唐武徳元年，分梁泉縣置，東有黄花川因名之。寶厯元年，以其地併入梁泉。”（中华书局，
