汉成固县地。建安二十四年（219），汉中为刘备所据，析成固县置南乡县。（1）治所在清定远厅南九十里渔渡壩口。（2）

按：南乡县设立的具体时间无考，今按刘备占据汉中郡的时间为改成固县为南乡县的时间。
