西魏大统元年（535），改平阳为郿城。后周建德三年（574），废入周城县。（1）

注：
（1）、《隋书》卷29志24地理上：扶风郡“郿，旧曰平阳县，西魏改曰郿城，后周废入周城县。开皇十八年改周城为渭滨，大业二年改为郿。又后周置云州，建德中废。”（中华书局，1973年，第810页）。
《元和郡县志》：“郿縣，次畿西北至府一百里。本秦縣，右輔都尉理所在。今縣東一十五里有故城。今縣，周天和元年築，置雲州。建徳三年，廢。武徳元年，又于故城置郇州。三年，廢州，郿縣屬稷州。七年，屬岐州。縣在渭水南一里。”（中华书局，
