注：
（1）、《元史》卷60志12地理三：“乾州，下。唐以高宗乾陵所在，改醴泉县为奉天，又升为乾州。宋改醴州。金复改乾州。元至元元年，并奉天县入州。五年，复置奉天，省好畤入焉，又割永寿来属，后又改奉天为醴泉。领三县：醴泉，下。武功，下。永寿。下。宋、金属邠州。至元十五年，徙县治于麻亭。”（中华书局，1976年，第1425页）
