雍正三年（1725年），升直隶州，同官、白水来隶。①

①《清史稿》卷63志38地理十：西安府“同官简。府东北百八十里。明属西安府。雍正三年改属耀州。十三年还属。西南：白马、铁龙。北：女回。又神女峡内有金锁关。东：漆水出北高山，至城北，合同官川及雄同、雷平川，西南流，西有沮水，南流，俱入耀州。东北：大小石磐山水合北入宜君。其南乌泥川，东入蒲城。驿一：漆水。耀州简。府东北百三十三里。明属西安府。雍正三年升直隶州。十三年仍为州，还属。东北：五台山、磬玉。北：木门、大唐。西北：牛耳山。沮水上源姚渠川自宜君入，合银耳坪、太子石水于杨秀川，为宜君水，南合胡思泉，为沮水，东南迳城西，又东，左会漆水，入富平。涧谷山、清谷水、浊谷水均出西北，南入三原。镇四：小丘、柳林、照金、庙湾。驿一：顺义。”（中华书局，1977年，第2094页）。
