①《太平寰宇记》卷31富平县：“富平縣 南五十里，舊四十鄉，今十鄉。本漢舊縣，屬北地郡。前漢理在今靈州迴樂縣界，後漢移於今寧州彭原縣界。晉又移於今縣西南懷徳城。後魏大統五年，自懷徳城移於今理。周閔帝二年，於縣置中華郡。隋廢郡，縣屬雍州。唐開元中，又移於義亭城。葢古之鄉亭也。後唐同光初，割屬耀州。”（中华书局，",
