②《读史方舆纪要》卷53陕西二：“咸阳县府西北五十里。东北至泾阳县五十里，西北至醴泉县七十里。秦置县，孝公徙都此。山南水北曰阳。县在九诸山之南，渭水之北，山水皆阳，故曰咸阳。汉初改为新城县。元鼎二年，曰渭城县属右扶风郡。后汉省。晋咸和中，石勒置石安县。苻秦兼置咸阳郡。后魏因之。隋郡县俱废。唐武德二年，复置咸阳县属京兆郡。宋因之。元省入兴平，寻复置。今城周八里有奇，编户十二里。”（中华书局，1982年，第2541页）。",
