秦置栒邑县，属内史。西汉高帝元年（前206）属雍国，二年（前205）更为中地郡。九年（前198）罢，复为内史。武帝建元六年（前135）分为右内史，太初元年（前104）更名右扶风。①后汉因之，②西晋初年废。③治今陕西旬邑县东北职田镇。④
