注：
①《元史》卷60?志第十二?地理三?乾州：唐以高宗乾陵所在，改醴泉县为奉天，又升为乾州。宋改醴州。金复改乾州。元至元元年，并奉天县入州。五年，复置奉天，省好畤入焉，又割永寿来属，后又改奉天为醴泉。（中华书局，1976 年，5 册，1425 页）《读史方舆纪要》卷54?陕西三?乾州?奉天废县：明初省。（中华书局，2005 年，5 册，2618 页）
