唐神龙元年（705年）改武阳县为鄣县，属渭州①。广德元年（763年）陷入吐蕃②。治所在今甘肃省漳县西南五里③。
①《旧唐书》卷40《地理三》陇右道渭州鄣县条：“后汉分武阳置鄣县。天授二年，改为武阳县。神龙元年，复为鄣县”，中华书局1975 年版，第1632 页。
